What are the responsibilities and job description for the Players Club Supervisor position at Golden Eagle Casino?
Summary:
- The Players Club Supervisor monitors all activities in and around the Players Club area ensuring positive and friendly guest service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Observes all activity within assigned area offering assistance to players
- Capable of handling routine guest complaints and incidents and exhibits the appropriate discretion to identify situations that require managerial personnel
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the Players Club booth
- Maintains tracking of tickets sales for concerts
- Monitors and evaluates the Players Club Attendant on their shift
- Input information in Players Club tracking system accurately and efficiently
- Effectively schedule and monitor team members’ breaks and meal times
- Effectively corrects behavior of Players Club Attendants as needed and properly documents their activities
- Promptly answers the telephone and take care of the guest’s inquiries promptly and professionally
- Effectively and positively communicates information about the Golden Eagle Casino to the guests
- Performs essential duties of Players Club Attendant as needed
- May work in the Marketing office to assist with other marketing projects as requested
- May work parades and other events off site
- May work in entertainment center for VIP parties, meeting, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Marketing Directors, Manager on Duty or General Manager
Physical Requirements:
- To perform the essential duties of this job the team member may have to physically perform the following functions in an eight-hour day for the amount of time indicated.
Sedentary Work
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up negligible amount of force constantly.
Work related tasks & forces/weights associated:
- Gazebo bag – 40 lbs. (2 person lift done 4 times annually)
- T-shirts – 5-6 lbs.
- Box of playing cards – 2.75 lbs.
- Box of comp papers – 26 lbs. (2 person lift is recommended)
General Qualifications:
- Must be able to deal effectively with other people both externally and internally
- Must have strong oral communication skills
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
