What are the responsibilities and job description for the Waiter/Waitress position at Golden Corral?
The main responsibility of the Server is “Making Pleasurable Dining Affordable.” Fulfilling the Golden Corral mission statement requires a positive attitude and on going professionalism. Guest services is the most important part of the Server’s responsibilities. The keys to success for a Server include a clean, neat appearance, positive attitude, and courtesy.
This is a tipped position and waiter/waitress can make excellent tipped income from $9-$20 per hour depending on talent, skills and length of shifts.
Outstanding income potential!
Experience in foodservice preferred, but not required.
