What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
As a Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, plateware, and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition while assisting in food preparation procedures. Duties of this position will include setting up, using, and maintaining the mechanical dishwasher for the duration of the shift, keeping the food line stocked with clean plates, and performing multiple cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift, including work area and restrooms.
What You’ll Bring (Requirements):
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in the Casual Restaurant industry is required.
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems.
- Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
