Maintenance Person
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from management.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Fabricate or repair items as needed using appropriate tools and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, materials used, and costs incurred.
- Coordinate with managers for specialized repairs or services.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
Experience:
- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, , and other building systems
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with tenants and management.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
