Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our kitchen team in Rogers, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a smooth operation within the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and assist chefs with cooking tasks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
