Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or organizing supplies when needed
- Support the kitchen team by handling food handling responsibilities in accordance with safety protocols
- Help with cleaning duties across the dining area and kitchen to ensure a spotless environment
- Support catering events or banquet setups by providing clean dishware and assisting with setup or breakdown as required
- Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling to maintain a tidy workspace
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with kitchen operations including bussing, food handling, or basic food preparation is advantageous
- Experience working in banquet settings or large-scale catering events is a plus
