Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Masonry Estimator role located in Anna, TX. The Masonry Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for masonry projects, including reviewing project specifications, analyzing blueprints, and creating detailed itemized breakdowns of materials, labor, and equipment. Responsibilities also include collaborating with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive pricing, providing recommendations to optimize project costs, and monitoring project budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Masonry, Brickwork, and Stonework
- Experience in Cement and Concrete applications
- Knowledge in Renovation and restoration of masonry structures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate project estimates
- Proficiency in construction documentation review and cost analysis
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools
- Prior experience with commercial or industrial construction projects is a plus
