What We Offer

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and Ohio LPN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document patient condition and progress
- Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team
- Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and resident rights at all times
Requirements
- Active Ohio LPN license in good standing — required
- Current AHA BLS/CPR certification — required
- Negative TB test within the past 12 months
- Clear BCI background check
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and professional demeanor
