Work with various dough styles, hydration levels, and fermentation methods

Support the kitchen with premium-quality dough for service

Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Requirements:

Strong experience working with dough, shaping, and stretching by hand

Deep understanding of dough structure, fermentation, and hydration

Experience with Mediterranean doughs is a major plus, especially:
Pide, Lahmacun, flatbreads, lavash, or similar dough-based dishes -
