We are seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Teacher/Learning Center Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
Our learning center serves children beginning at 1 year of age through school-age students.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Implement age-appropriate enrichment curriculum and learning activities.
- Assist school-age children with homework.
- Create a positive, welcoming, and supportive classroom environment.
- Plan and participate in outdoor play and educational activities.
- Communicate professionally with parents and fellow staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Must be patient, dependable, and caring.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Must pass all required background checks.
