Now hiring Shift Leaders and all crew positions. Cooks, order takers and order fillers and food prep for both day and evening shifts for our soon to open Baton Rouge Greenwell Springs location.
GOLDEN CHICK is growing fast and needs great people to keep up with our rapid growth.
Golden Chick is a quick service restaurant brand providing our guests with world class chicken Tenders, Fried & Roasted bone-in chicken, Southern fried catfish, sandwiches, sides, salads and more. We have over 230 units across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Mississippi. We are privately owned and have been serving up great food for over 50 years.
Our managers & shift leaders are the lifeblood of our operation so we pay them well and reward them for good performance. We provide a great bonus program, 401k plan, health insurance available and much more. We offer flexible schedules and a minimum of 2-days off per week. Restaurant experience is required for all manager positions along with strong references. All candidates must have a service mindset, be good teachers, natural leaders and have a high level of professionalism.
