Position Summary:
GCDL, LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Removable Technician to oversee the complete workflow of our custom tray and base-plate production line. This role is responsible for hands-on fabrication, quality assurance, efficient time management, and seamless coordination with other members of our removable team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end production workflow for custom trays and base-plates.
- Fabricate custom trays and base-plates with precision and consistency according to case requirements.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure all products meet GCDL, LLC standards.
- Maintain production timelines and ensure on-time case completion.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with removable team members to support smooth operations.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues; recommend process improvements.
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with GCDL, LLC safety and laboratory guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in removable dental prosthetics or dental laboratory fabrication preferred.
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy, materials, and removable workflows is a plus.
- High attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Dedication to producing consistent, high-quality work.
Pay: $ $23.00 per hour
