- Developing and implementing customized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Providing direct behavioral therapy to patients using evidence-based techniques and strategies
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Supporting families through parent training and education to empower them to be an active part of their child's therapy

You should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (n/a)
- RBT certification (required)
