Responsibilities:
- Implement ABA Therapy techniques to help children with Autism achieve their goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our experienced team of therapists and supervisors
- Provide Parent Training to ensure family involvement and success
- Assess and track patient progress regularly
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, etc.)
- Completion of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) program
- Experience working with children with Autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work part-time schedule
