Office Manager & Admissions Coordinator — Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented Office Manager & Admissions Coordinator to oversee the daily administrative and client-intake operations of our outpatient mental health counseling clinic. This role ensures smooth front-office functioning while serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients, referral sources, and community partners.Daily responsibilities include managing the client admissions process, verifying insurance benefits, coordinating intake appointments, maintaining clinical schedules, answering client inquiries, processing paperwork, reviewing bills and accounts payable, and supporting staff with administrative needs.
