Role Description
Golden Behavior Connection is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA services to children in their homes in Mount Vernon, NY. The RBT will implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA/LBA, collect session data, support skill acquisition, and help address behavior goals in alignment with each child’s program. This role requires a compassionate, reliable candidate who values high-quality care, strong communication, and family collaboration.
Qualifications
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children with autism and related developmental needs preferred
- Ability to implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with data collection and session documentation
- Patience, professionalism, and a family-centered approach to care
- Reliable transportation and ability to provide services in the client’s home
- Availability for part-time work
