As a Wireless Solutions Consultant, you'll represent leading wireless brands in a retail setting, helping customers find the devices and wireless solutions that best fit their lifestyle. This is a customer-facing role where you'll deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and confidently guide customers through their purchasing decisions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by engaging with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Recommend wireless devices, plans, and services based on each customer's needs.
- Build rapport, answer questions, resolve concerns, and confidently close sales.
- Stay up to date on the latest products, promotions, and industry trends through ongoing training.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Maintain a positive, collaborative attitude while working both independently and as part of a team.
