Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Entry Level Manager in Training to join our team. Duties
- Assist in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Participate in employee orientation, training, and development programs to enhance team performance.
- Support recruiting efforts by conducting interviews and onboarding new staff members.
- Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stocking, and merchandising products effectively.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in payroll and bookkeeping tasks.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions while maintaining accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and promote store initiatives.
- Supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and team management practices.
- Analyze retail math data to assist with budgeting, pricing strategies, and sales management.
Requirements
- No Previous Experience Needed (Entry Level). But is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
