Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Manager to lead our dental team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This leadership role involves overseeing regional hub operations. In addition to performing all core duties of a Regional Hub Manager, the Lead Hub Manager serves as a leader, advisor, and resource to ensure consistency, excellence, and continuous improvement across all hubs. This position plays a critical role in operational performance, team development, and alignment with organizational goals. This is a new position perfect for someone who wants to step out of a dental office and move into a management role.
Essential Duties
- Perform all duties and responsibilities of a Regional Hub Manager, including oversight of daily operations, workflows, performance metrics, and team coordination.
- Ensure hubs operate efficiently, consistently, and in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and patient experience.
- Actively participate as a member of the company’s leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Clinical Operations to align hub performance with organizational objectives.
- Support the rollout of new programs, systems, and process improvements across hubs.
- At times, you will also be required to drive to the Skilled Nursing facilities in your region and provide care alongside one of our providers.
Job Requirements
- Valid Registered Dental Assistant license with current certification in CPR; management experience preferred.
- Extensive experience in dental assisting within a general or pediatric dentistry setting; we are looking for someone with 7 years in the industry.
- Proficiency in EMR systems such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Epic; strong understanding of medical records management and medical documentation standards.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and data security.
- Skilled in X-ray procedures.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members and foster a collaborative environment.
- Deep understanding of infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and OSHA standards within a dental clinic setting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in record-keeping and clinical procedures.
Pay: $70,300.00 per year
