Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions across various social media platforms, demonstrating products and engaging viewers with enthusiasm
- Promote products through compelling product demos and creative presentations that highlight features and benefits
- Interact actively with viewers by answering questions, handling comments, and fostering a welcoming community atmosphere
- Collect data on viewer preferences, engagement metrics, and feedback to inform marketing strategies
- Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and growing the online audience
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop event marketing campaigns and promotional activities during live streams
- Represent the brand professionally during in-person events or product launches when required
Skills
- Proven experience in Precious metals or retail store product knowledge is a plus for authentic product promotion
- Strong data collection skills to track viewer engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Excellent social media management abilities with familiarity in content scheduling and audience interaction
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for reaching diverse audiences
- Exceptional communication skills for public speaking, client communication, and customer relationship building
