Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Attorney role located in Baltimore, MD. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel in Workers' Compensation, litigating cases at the Workers' Compensation Commission and Circuit Court, conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, drafting settlement paperwork, and engaging in client negotiations.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and expertise in Workers' Compensation Law
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active and in good standing with the State Bar of Maryland; Washington DC requested, but not required
