Goldberg Realty is looking for a Multi-Site Leasing Agent based at our Palisade Gardens Portfolio in Fort Lee, NJ, supporting leasing across six communities and 404 apartment homes.
You’ll Be Great Here If You:
- Put residents and customer service first
- Can juggle multiple priorities without losing your cool
- Are seriously organized and know what's happening across your portfolio
- Enjoy sales, follow-up and getting leases signed
- Are friendly, dependable and actually on time
- Know how to work as part of a team
- Have apartment leasing or high-paced sales experience
- Have Yardi experience- big plus
What You'll Do
Show apartments. Answer questions. Follow up. Process applications. Keep prospects moving. Know your availability. Help residents. Work with your team.
Basically, keep the leasing wheels turning across four communities.
And when your work results in a move-in?
You earn a flat-rate commission.
The Details
Location: Fort Lee, NJ
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM
Days Off: Sunday Monday
Portfolio: 6 communities | 404 apartment homes
Experience: Leasing or high-paced sales required
