Goldamity Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Representative to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Quote and sell Personal Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Commercial Auto, General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and other insurance products.
• Service and retain an established book of business by building long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up with prospects who have already expressed interest in our insurance services.
• Respond promptly to daily inbound leads and referral opportunities.
• Review client policies and recommend appropriate coverage based on their needs.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and new business.
• Maintain accurate client notes and schedule timely follow-up activities.
• Meet individual sales and retention goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Provide coverage reviews and insurance evaluations
• Assist insurance clients with policy documents and payments.

Qualifications

• Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
• Previous insurance sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to grow.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred but not required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
