We're seeking reliable Registered Nurses who are professional, strong communicators, confident in their IV skills, and interested in leadership opportunities as we scale.
Our team operates under structured medical oversight with clear clinical protocols and integrated telemedicine support.
The Role – 1099 Contractor (RN)
As a Mobile IV Provider, you will travel to patients' homes, hotels, and offices to administer IV therapy using Gold Water IV protocols.
Common client requests include hydration and wellness support for:
- Dehydration & fatigue
- Nausea
- Headaches & migraines
- Cold & flu symptoms
- Travel recovery / hangover support
- General wellness optimization
You'll work independently in the field while backed by scheduling, dispatch, and clinical support.
Compensation – Straightforward 50/50 Split
We keep compensation simple and transparent:
- 50/50 revenue split per completed appointment
- You earn 50% (providers purchase their own supplies at cost)
- Gold Water IV covers scheduling, dispatch, marketing, NP approval for every call, clinical oversight, and operational support
More completed appointments = higher income potential. We prioritize volume for providers who are responsive, dependable, and perform consistently.

Requirements
- Active RN license (required)
- BLS (required)
- ACLS (required)
- PALS (preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong IV skills
