What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in our clinic and help them build important skills through individualized ABA therapy.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement behavior plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision
• Support communication, social, play, daily living, and learning readiness skills
• Collect data and track client progress
• Follow individualized treatment plans with consistency and care
• Collaborate with BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, families, and clinic leadership
• Maintain professional and accurate documentation
• Support a positive, safe, and encouraging clinic environment
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Active RBT certification, or willingness to obtain with support
• High school diploma or higher
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism
• Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
  
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Previous ABA or childcare experience
• Interest in growing within the ABA field
• Current students in ABA, psychology, education, social work, or a related field
