Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Director at our Augusta, GA location. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, provide clinical supervision, and ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. Responsibilities include leading a team of therapists, monitoring program efficacy, developing treatment plans, maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, and collaborating with families to achieve positive outcomes. The Clinical Director will play a key role in fostering an inclusive, family-focused environment while driving the organization’s mission forward.
Qualifications
- Experience in Clinical Supervision, Behavioral Health, and Mental Health support
- Proficiency in Psychology and understanding of Behavioral Health management
- Leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, and stakeholders
- Active BCBA Certification
- Previous clincial experience
