- Ongoing mentorship and open communication with leadership

- Conduct intakes and functional assessments within private elementary school setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy sessions and parent/caregiver training
- Supervise and support RBTs (scope adjusted for BCaBA vs. BCBA)
- Monitor progress through data review and plan updates
- Maintain compliance with BACB and clinic standards
- Collaborate with families, staff, and school/community partners
- BCBA: Master’s degree active BACB certification
- BCaBA: Bachelor’s degree active BACB certification
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Reliable transportation

Salary : $30 - $60
