We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Truck Accessory Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing a variety of accessories on trucks, ensuring that each installation meets our high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive repair, along with a passion for enhancing vehicle performance and aesthetics.
Duties
- Install truck accessories such as lift kits, 12 volt products, bed liners, hitches, and other aftermarket products.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to determine the appropriate accessories and installation methods.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the organization and management of the workspace to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any installation issues or customer concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and offering advice on truck accessory options.
Experience
- Proven experience in automotive repair or service, with a strong understanding of vehicle mechanics.
- Familiarity with auto body repair techniques is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Previous experience in auto restoration or similar fields is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
