Gold Star Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and patient-focused Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our rapidly expanding outpatient pediatric practice in beautiful North Port, Florida. Position Highlights
- Full-time outpatient pediatrics
- No newborn rounding or hospital call
- Monday through Friday schedule

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care from birth through adolescence
- Perform well-child examinations and developmental screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric illnesses
- Administer immunizations according to CDC/AAP guidelines
- Counsel families regarding nutrition, development, behavioral health, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Collaborate with nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical staff
- Coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for unrestricted Florida medical license
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for delivering family-centered pediatric care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR
- Bilingual (Spanish, Russian, or other languages) is a plus
- Interest in developmental pediatrics, behavioral health, or newborn care is welcomed
