Role Description
This is a contract to FTE role for a Mentorship Program Coordinator, based in Bellevue, WA, with hybrid work flexibility that includes some work-from-home options. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of mentorship programs, supporting mentors and mentees, organizing activities, tracking program outcomes, and ensuring program goals are met. Additional responsibilities include collaboration with the team on program enhancements, building strong relationships with participants and partners, and maintaining effective program communication channels.
$60,000 year
Qualifications
- Experience in casework, counseling, social work or related
- Video game background
- Experience in Project Management particularly in planning and coordinating multiple activities while meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional written, verbal Communication skills, and customer service skills
- Self started, highly organized
- Knowledge of gaming, mentorship, or youth-focused programming.
- Experience in working with military communities or non-profit organizations.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field such as social work, education, or project management.
- Proficiency in collaborative technology tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace).
