Position Overview
This position is a critical support role for the Warehouse Team. The Order Selector will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting orders in a timely manner.
Principle Responsibilities
Efficiently and accurately pick customer orders.Safelyoperateelectric pallet jack in a face-paced warehouse environment.Select and palletize products usingVocollecttechnology.Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.Other duties and special projects as requested.REQUIRED SKILLS:
Work in various warehouse environments including freezer, cooler anddry.Able to follow selection direction through headset (Voice Pick & Pick Label)Work overtime asrequired.Ability to meet deadlines and case-per-hour requirementsAbility to listen, understand and respond to instructionAbility tooperatewithin Standard Operating Procedures and follow OSHA guidelinesHigh levelof accuracy

Sunday: Start time is 10:00 AM (Full time), two dry selectors Monday through Thursday: Start time is 3:00 PM (Full Time), two dry selectors(Part-time two selectors)Sunday 10 AM-630PM, Monday 3 PM-1130PM, and Wednesday 3 PM-1130PMCold Storage Warehouse environmentincludessub-zero temperaturesPay Rate:
Base pay will be $22.00 per hour for full-time.Employees will also be eligible for incentive pay, which is based on performance percentage metrics.
