Job Summary:
As a contract Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:
- Provide 45 minutes of top-notch rehabilitation services to patients in their homes.
- Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Utilize your skills to implement treatment plans and guide patients in therapeutic.
- Contribute to patients achieving their goals and improving their overall independence and quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of licensed Physical Therapist Assistant experience. (home health experience preferred).
- Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Responsive and timely communication through messaging.
- Proficient in documentation and ensuring timely completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate approach.
Requirements:
- Active California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification and professional liability insurance.
- A physical examination was conducted within the last 2 years.
- Tuberculosis (TB) test conducted within the last 1-2 years depending on test type.
- Possession of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with an active business license.
