Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Processor located in Kingsburg, CA. The Mortgage Loan Processor will manage loan applications, ensure timely and accurate processing, verify borrower information, coordinate with underwriters and loan officers, and meet compliance requirements. The role involves organizing loan documentation, maintaining clear communication with clients, analyzing financial information, and assisting in the preparation of loan approval packages.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mortgage Industry knowledge and Mortgage Lending practices
- Familiarity with Loan Processing techniques and underwriting standards
- Experience working with Loans and related financial documentation
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in finance, banking, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in customer service and delivering a client-focused experience is beneficial
