We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mobile Detailing Lead – Field Operations to oversee and execute high-quality vehicle detailing services directly at our clients’ locations. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of mobile detailers to deliver outstanding vehicle cleaning, polishing, buffing, and window tinting services on-site at customer locations.
- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of all detailing jobs while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to team members in detailing techniques, safety procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify that all vehicles meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, and finish.
- Engage with customers professionally to understand their needs, answer questions, and ensure a positive service experience.
- Maintain all necessary equipment, supplies, and safety gear to support efficient mobile operations.
- Document job progress, complete service reports, and communicate any issues or customer feedback promptly to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in car wash, detailing, buffing, cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance techniques.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a mobile or field-based environment preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
- Skilled in operating detailing equipment such as polishers, vacuums, pressure washers, and window tinting tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles safely across various locations.
- Knowledge of custodial practices or janitorial experience is a plus.
