Position Summary

The New Construction Foreman / Lead Installer is responsible for leading small to mid-sized field crews on residential and commercial new construction plumbing projects. This role ensures quality workmanship, adherence to project specifications, and efficient execution of installation goals. The Foreman acts as the point of contact for the crew and communicates daily progress, productivity, and challenges to the Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of plumbing field experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial new construction plumbing.
• Must hold a valid Washington State PL01 Plumbing License.
• OSHA safety certification is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Lead daily installation tasks and coordinate field crew efforts to meet project timelines.
• Ensure all plumbing work is performed according to blueprints, specifications, and company quality standards.
• Coordinate site logistics including materials, tools, and staging to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Support and enforce site safety protocols in alignment with company and OSHA standards.
• Conduct or participate in daily tailgate talks and job site huddles to promote safety and team communication.
• Track and help resolve punch list items to close out jobs effectively.
• Report crew productivity, hours worked, and field updates to the Superintendent regularly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
