Our Team Leader is the frontline of our field leadership team, responsible for all aspects of store operations, including guest experience, talent development, and visual merchandising. Through strategizing, coaching, and accountability, you will lead and motivate your team to provide an exceptional customer experience and maximize sales.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance Leadership – Analyze sales trends, set goals, and motivate your team to exceed targets.
Jewelry Sales & Purchasing – Test and appraise jewelry; facilitate purchases and sales.
Team Development – Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring everyone grows and succeeds.
Customer Experience – Create a welcoming, on-brand shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.
Visual Merchandising & Operations – Ensure the store looks exceptional and runs smoothly, from stock management to store displays.
Position Requirements:
- A natural leader with 1–2 years of retail management experience.
- Passionate about jewelry, customer service, and team building.
- Organized, results-driven, and always looking for ways to improve.
- Able to lift up to 20 lbs, move around the store comfortably, and handle physical tasks when needed.
- Open to working flexible hours, including weekends.
- Tech-savvy—comfortable with basic computer skills and store management systems.
