Responsibilities
- Serve draft beverages and basic cocktails to guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote brewery offerings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the taps, front counter, kitchen and dining areas throughout shifts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellence
- Clear communication skills with a friendly attitude towards guests and team members
- Desire to help design and serve for events a plus
- Prepare and cook a variety of simple menu items, ensuring quality, presentation, and adherence to food safety standards
- Handle food preparation tasks such as prepping, plating, and portioning ingredients efficiently as needed
- Support catering events or special functions by preparing dishes and serving guests as needed
- Previous serving and/or kitchen experience is highly valued
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required for brewery operations
