The candidate will have to go through an internship before being offered the job.
The candidate must be willing to eventually become a Certified Appraiser.

Position: Apprentice Appraiser

Duties:
- Complete appraisal assignments from home

What we are hoping to see from the applicant:
- Have some industry knowledge
- At least an Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline preferred
- Be available on short notice
- Must cooperate with the office in marketing efforts
