Our organization is seeking a Guest Service Agent for our resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for general front desk duties, such as checking guests in and out, answering phones, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong customer service skills and the ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and greet owners and guests.
- Provide concierge oriented services .
- Assist with various front desk administrative services.
Pay: $25.00 per hour
