What To Expect

• We will provide you with paid full-time classroom training to learn about the products and services our clients want to present to their existing customers
• You will speak to 40-60 customers a day over the phone in an inbound contact center environment and connect with them in a meaningful way that may lead to a potential sale
• You will get excited about making a sale, and be expected to achieve a minimum 8% renewal rate by engaging and selling a product to our client’s requirements
• You will also inform customers of the product terms and features while projecting a professional image over the phone
• You must be engaging, articulate well, ask questions, and listen carefully
• You will receive ongoing coaching and training from Gold Mountain's management team and your dedicated Sales Coach to support you in achieving your goals
