As a Slot Room Attendant, you will help create a welcoming, fun, and enjoyable gaming experience for our customers. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment, and can handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist customers with slot machines and general gaming questions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Serve beverages and snacks in accordance with company policies.
- Keep gaming machines, counters, restrooms, and common areas clean and organized.
- Monitor gaming areas to ensure customers follow company policies and applicable gaming regulations.
- Assist with promotions, giveaways, and special events.
- Report machine malfunctions, customer concerns, and suspicious activity to management.
- Complete opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation and cleaning.
- Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible with money.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive during slower periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Comfortable handling cash and following established procedures.
- Ability to remain professional when dealing with difficult situations.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
