The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support). Law office experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the correct person or department.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, deliveries, and faxes.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, copying, and faxing documents.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including scheduling consultations with new and potential clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
- Assist with ordering and managing office supplies.
- Potentially assist with basic client intake information and case management software input.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Provide administrative support to other team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or relevant work experience
- Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills

Salary : $15 - $19
