Responsibilities of the Verizon Sales Agent
- Greet and engage customers to introduce Verizon and data plans through conversations that are respectful and welcoming.

- Break down plan choices, pricing, and phone features into simple, easy-to-follow explanations that help customers feel comfortable during sales conversations.
- Walk customers step-by-step through selecting a phone and completing enrollment, ensuring the process feels smooth, clear, and stress-free.
- Keep thoughtful notes on customer interactions, preferences, and questions to support meaningful follow-up and continued sales engagement.
- Contribute to team success by turning everyday conversations into positive experiences that lead to consistent sales results and satisfied customers.
Qualifications of the Verizon Sales Agent
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Proven ability to close sales of smartphones, accessories, and wireless plans.
