Your Opportunity
As the Client Success & Operations Coordinator, you will be the first impression of Gold Leaf Tax Service. Your ability to create a welcoming experience, stay organized, communicate effectively, and keep our operations running smoothly is essential to our success.
This is more than an administrative position. You will become an integral part of our growing team and receive training in the systems, processes, and client experience that make GLTS unique.

What You'll Do
As a GLTS Client Success & Operations Coordinator, you will:
- Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service.
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily office calendar.
- Assist with new client onboarding and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate secure document collection through MyTaxPortal and other approved systems.
- Document client communications and maintain detailed case records.
- Support tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and business compliance workflows.
- Track follow-up items to ensure client commitments and deadlines are met.
- Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and secure messaging.
- Maintain organized digital files and protect confidential client information.
- Assist with workflow coordination and administrative projects as the firm continues to grow.

Preferred Qualifications
While not all are required, these qualifications will help you succeed:
- Customer service, administrative, office coordination, or receptionist experience.
- Experience working in a professional office environment.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, or client management software is a plus.
- Experience in tax, bookkeeping, payroll, accounting, banking, or financial services is helpful but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are welcomed.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
