Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Butte. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Physical Therapy techniques and a passion for patient care. This role involves implementing treatment plans, providing hands-on therapy, and supporting patients the outpatient setting.

Duties

• Developing and executing individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions such as trigger point therapy, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery and mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment accurately within medical records.
• Support discharge planning by educating patients on exercises and self-care strategies to maintain progress post-treatment.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment adhering to all safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with Physical Therapy techniques and industry best practices.

Skills

• Proficiency in trigger point therapy, Physical Therapy techniques, and modalities for pain relief and mobility enhancement.
• Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to Physical Therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, orthopedics, and patients recovering from acute or chronic conditions.
• Familiarity with care planning, discharge procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to adapt treatment approaches based on individual patient needs within various clinical environments.

Prior clinic experience in outpatient physical therapy is highly desirable.
