Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral therapy will drive positive outcomes, empowering clients to achieve their fullest potential. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care that is both effective and compassionate. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies
  • Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral therapy programs grounded in applied behavior analysis principles
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain detailed data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure measurable outcomes
  • Provide training and ongoing supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and facilitate consistent intervention approaches
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation, records, and confidentiality standards
  • Participate in intake processes by evaluating new clients’ needs and developing initial treatment plans aligned with diagnostic evaluations

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field required; master’s degree or higher preferred
  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is essential for this role
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and patient assessment procedures
  • Experience working within behavioral health settings or special education environments is highly desirable
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA guidelines while managing sensitive medical documentation and records

Pay: $80.00 - $110.00 per hour
