Role Description The Division Order Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Area. This position is responsible for reviewing and interpreting title documentation and title opinions to establish accurate ownership interests and maintain division of interest records. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and issuing division orders, updating ownership changes due to conveyances or probate, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve ownership and payment inquiries. The analyst will verify invoicing details related to ownership, assist with reconciliations and revenue distribution issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role also involves maintaining organized records, supporting audit requests, and providing clear, professional communication to owners, land professionals, and management.

Qualifications

- Familiarity with invoicing, revenue distribution, and basic accounting principles in an oil and gas context.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and responding to owners, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheets and land/revenue management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Energy Management, Land Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Prior experience in upstream oil and gas, land, division orders, or title analysis is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality of owner and company information.
