Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Licensed Real Estate Agent role based in Providence, RI, with flexibility for some work from home. The agent will represent buyers, sellers, and investors, conducting property showings, listing appointments, and market analyses across Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, preparing and presenting offers, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through each step of the transaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, collaborating with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other professionals, and using brokerage systems to keep transactions organized and on track. The agent is expected to build a personal book of business, provide high-quality customer service, and uphold Gold Door Realty’s standards of professionalism and ethics.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in Rhode Island; licensure in Massachusetts and/or Connecticut is strongly preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends, valuation, and basic contract and compliance understanding.
- Candidates should possess proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and build long-term client relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, online listing platforms, and standard office software to manage leads and documentation.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut as needed.
- High ethical standards, alignment with fair housing laws, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory client service.
- Prior experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales or client-facing role is beneficial.
