Job Description:
Fast-paced, multi-channel company is looking for a positive, motivated individual to join our Graphic Design & Marketing Team!
The assistant is responsible to the Director of Business Development & the Marketing Manager who prioritize and assign tasks. Essential job functions include but are not limited to the design, production & updating of collateral marketing materials-catalogs, sell sheets, & graphic displays. Weekly responsibilities include email marketing campaigns, print advertising projects, proof reading, maintenance of retail packaging, and working with clients to design customized, private label products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Graphic Design or Relevant Work & Educational Experience.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Adobe applications including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Familiar with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Familiarity with Email Marketing Services (Constant Contact, MailChimp)
- Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills
- Receptive, adaptable team player with the ability to pivot attention as needed depending on priorities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong Communication Skills
- Photography Skills a plus!
- Experience with Sage/Mas 90 a plus!
Additional Information
- Office/Warehouse Environment. Employees will be required to frequently sit, stand, and walk to retrieve products for photography or assist as needed.
- Hours are M-F 8:30-5:00 but are subject to change during heightened periods of demand.
- Overtime and weekend hours will be required during peak seasons & events.

Salary : $20 - $27
