Position Summary
The On-Premise Sales Relief Representative is responsible for building strong customer relationships, driving sales performance, expanding product distribution, and executing key initiatives across a defined territory. This position reports to the Team Leader and Sales Director.
*On-Premise in the beverage industry refers to bars, restaurants and venues; a retailer where the product is consumed on the license premise.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with all assigned on-premise accounts.
Achieve monthly account-level sales goals using beverage sales tools.Manage monthly distribution targets, including new brand and package introductions.
Identify, secure, and grow distribution opportunities for all Gold Coast Eagle brands.
Participate in sales incentives, supplier ride-withs, concentration days, and supplier/chain meetings.
Support chain business reviews and attend all required sales communications meetings.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Start Time: 7:00 AM
Hours: 9-hour workday

Requirements
Sales experience
Clean driving recordStrong selling skills & product knowledge
Ability to lead/co-lead onboarding or sales seminars
No physical limitations that prevent performance of job duties
